Once again, Qi4j will be present at the Øredev conference. Rickard will present a Qi4j comparison to traditional OO approaches of Domain Driven Design, and we will be present in the Jayway booth.
Qi4j was launched to the world a year ago at the best Scandinavian developer's conference, Øredev 2007, and we are back this year. You will be able to find Rickard, Niclas and probably other Qi4j developers at the Jayway booth, a slightly less visible approach than last year.Rickard will make a presentation where he compares the Qi4j approach to Domain Driven Design, with the traditional setup of Spring + Hibernate. Expect it to be controversial, but much more true to the intent of the Domain Driven Design concepts and principles.
If you want to meet F2F with the Qi4j developers, come to the Jayway booth. Ask around, if we happen to be out for moment. Ask to be shown the Application Visualizer, which will show the actual architectural structure of the Qi4j application in full color.
